Its key advantages include rapid UV curing in just 1 minute, while shadowed areas cure with ambient moisture—eliminating the need for additional heating and significantly boosting production throughput. With 100% solids content and no volatile solvents, TS3518 is environmentally friendly and fully compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations. The coating contains a fluorescent indicator for easy online quality inspection, making it the ideal solution for applications demanding high yield and long-term reliability.
