Moisture Dual-Cure Conformal Coating

Product Overview

TS3518 is a one-component, dual-cure (UV + moisture) conformal coating formulated with imported resins and additives. After curing, it forms a transparent, dense, and smooth protective film that offers excellent resistance to high/low temperatures, insulation, moisture, leakage, vibration, dust, corrosion, fungus, and sulfurization. It is designed for protecting various electronic PCBs and components.

Ideal for protective coating of components on electronic devices, appliances, and PCBs. Suitable for assembly line production due to fast curing and high efficiency.

Usage Precautions

Before Use

• Wear protective equipment: nitrile gloves (thickness ≥0.4mm, replace immediately if damaged, otherwise every 4 hours), organic vapor respirator, and safety goggles.
• Ensure containers are clean and dry; PCB surfaces must be free of grease and moisture.
• Maintain good ventilation in the work area.

During Use

• Use sealed containers for the coating; avoid direct air blowing. Seal containers during pauses to prevent dust contamination.
• Ensure uniform coating thickness.
• Avoid skin contact. If contact occurs, wipe off immediately and wash with soap.

After Use

• Collect unused coating separately; do not mix with fresh material.
• The product is UV-sensitive. Avoid exposure to sunlight, UV, and artificial light during storage and operation (use black feed tubes for spraying equipment).
• Clean tools with special thinner, wipe dry, and store in designated areas.
• Remove PPE, wash work clothes, and clean body thoroughly.

Curing Conditions

UV curing energy: 1000–1200 mj/cm²

After UV cure, allow 4 days at room temperature (25℃) for full moisture curing.

Storage

Store below 35℃, relative humidity not exceeding 85%, in a cool, ventilated area with explosion-proof facilities. Keep containers sealed and dry.
