Two-component dispensing system Tensan has launched new multipurpose off-the-shelf dispensing solutions combining high-precision 3-axis robots with integrated digital dispense controllers 。
System Overview
Tensan proudly presents its new generation of multi‑purpose, off‑the‑shelf dispensing solutions. Our systems integrate high‑precision 3‑axis robots with advanced digital dispensing controllers, delivering reliable, repeatable, and cost‑effective two‑component (A/B) material dispensing for a wide range of industrial applications – from electronics encapsulation and automotive gasketing to LED potting and general adhesive bonding.
Key Features
2. Functional Description
2.1 Ratio Control & Metering
Dual stepper motors drive the A and B metering pumps independently. The mixing ratio can be adjusted digitally from 100:100 down to 100:10 simply by modifying motor parameters – no need to change or replace the metering pump hardware.
2.2 Dispensing Parameters
Filling speed and shot time are fully programmable via digital settings. The system also accumulates total dispensed volume for production monitoring.
2.3 Material Storage & Conditioning
Separate A and B reservoirs prevent premature cross‑contamination and curing. Each tank is equipped with:
2.4 Level Sensing & Alarm
Each storage tank features upper and lower liquid‑level sensors. When material runs low, an automatic alarm is triggered; if the level drops below the minimum safety threshold, the machine locks out automatically and resumes only after refilling.
2.5 Pressure Monitoring
In‑line pressure detection at the metering outlet continuously monitors the dispensing circuit. This effectively prevents ratio drift or blockages caused by material precipitation in the pipelines.
2.6 Mixing Valve Options
Either dynamic or static mixing valves are available. Dynamic mixing (with adjustable speed from 200 to 3000 rpm) ensures thorough, bubble‑free, and streak‑free homogenisation of A and B components, even with high‑viscosity or filled materials.
2.7 Anti‑Curing Protection
Both the A and B valves include an automatic anti‑curing function that periodically moves small amounts of material to prevent the mixed material from solidifying inside the mixing tube during idle periods.
2.8 Automatic Cleaning
A one‑touch cleaning cycle automatically flushes the mixing valve and tube – no manual disassembly is required, saving downtime and reducing solvent exposure.
2.9 User Interface
The system is controlled via a PLC + 7.2‑inch touchscreen with a bilingual (Chinese/English) interface. The intuitive, error‑proof programming allows even unskilled operators to master all functions within 30 minutes of training.
2.10 Integration & Automation
The dispenser can be easily integrated into existing assembly lines and production cells, working seamlessly with conveyor systems and robotic handlers.
