Shenzhen Tensan Co., Ltd. was established in July 2014 in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, host city of APEC 2026. As a recognised National High-Tech Enterprise, TENSAN specialises in the research, development, manufacturing, and technical service of silicone materials and comprehensive adhesive solutions.
The company's core business encompasses silicone、epoxy、thermal grease、solder paste, and complete dispensing solutions. These products serve critical applications across the electronics, home appliances, LED lighting, automotive components, photovoltaic and new energy systems, and mobile device manufacturing sectors.
Under the "Belt and Road" initiative, TENSAN has set up a Thai branch office for market development and a Vietnamese factory for manufacturing, steadily enhancing supply chain agility and providing overseas customers with localized services and rapid response. With a team of nearly 100 employees across China and Southeast Asia, and strategic sales partnerships in Turkey, India, and other regions, the company maintains a robust global service network.

TENSAN operates two manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen, China, and Bac Ninh, Vietnam, with a combined floor area exceeding 4,000 square meters. The production complex is equipped with 10 kneaders, 5 baking ovens, and 8 mixing systems, delivering a comprehensive monthly production capacity of 200 tons of silicone sealant, 500 tons of silicone potting, 10 tons of UV adhesives, 20 tons of solder pastes, 50 tons of conformal coatings, and 50 tons of other products.
The company maintains robust supply chain management with daily output capacity of 50 tons, ensuring reliable delivery schedules and flexible customization options to accommodate diverse customer requirements. The strategic location of facilities—30 km from Shekou Port in Shenzhen and 100 km from Haiphong Port in Vietnam—enables efficient logistics and timely global shipments.
Quality Control
TENSAN has established a comprehensive quality management system with standardised operating procedures, enforcing stringent controls throughout the entire process from raw material intake to finished product dispatch. This full-process quality framework ensures consistent product reliability and batch-to-batch uniformity.
Independent laboratories have been established in both China and Vietnam, spanning nearly 1,000 square meters and equipped with dozens of advanced testing instruments. These include Digital Viscometer, Density Meter, Electric Heating Drying Oven, Programmable Temperature And Humidity Test Chamber, Insulation Resistance Tester, Thermal Conductivity Meters, Multi-Channel Temperature Rise Tester, Precision Salt Spray Tester, Digital Temperature Water Bath,Digital Push-Pull Force Gauge And Rohs Tester.
The company maintains long-term partnerships with SGS for regular product reliability testing and data comparison, ensuring scientific and standardized quality assurance .
