After a period of use, the oil separation is serious and it has almost no effect.

2. There is an error in the construction thickness. The heat dissipation paste has strict requirements on the construction thickness, and the thickness should not exceed 3mm. If the application thickness is too thick, the heat dissipation performance will be reduced, or even not. If the thickness of the application is too thin, it is not easy to apply evenly, and air will be generated in places with gaps, resulting in non-thermal conductors.

3. There is dust on the construction surface. During the construction of heat dissipation paste, there are dust, water vapor, oil and other impurities in the base material. If they are not cleaned and applied directly, the overall heat dissipation performance will be affected.

4. The construction location is out of specification. Thermal paste not only has strict requirements on the construction thickness, but also has stricter requirements on the construction location. Only when it is applied in the middle of the heating element of the electrical appliance and the heat dissipation facility can the heat dissipation performance be exerted, and the application of other locations has no effect.
