In terms of curing speed, the complete curing time of silicone adhesive is relatively long, and it needs to achieve the best strength, at least 7 days, and it needs to be determined according to the thickness. Generally, the curing depth of silicone adhesive is 24H and the humidity is 55%. 2-4mm, and epoxy adhesive can achieve better curing strength by heating and curing in a short time; in terms of adhesive strength, due to the difference in the properties of the main materials, the adhesive strength of epoxy is generally higher than that of silicone adhesive. Strength, the premise is normal temperature environment, this comparison is relatively reliable.


In terms of operability, both manual and equipment can be used. After the silicone adhesive is applied, it can be cured naturally in humidity. The epoxy adhesive needs to add an oven. The effect of using an oven to accelerate the curing of the silicone adhesive is not obvious. , the natural curing of epoxy adhesive at room temperature is difficult to achieve curing strength or even not cured, so from the process aspect, users can select models with more production speed requirements.
