What steps do electronic sealants need to go through? How to store it is correct?

2022-12-21

When using electronic sealant, the most taboo is to use it as you like. Some users don't play cards according to the routine, and use it however they want, which restricts its performance. To avoid wasting sealant, follow the logical steps.

How to use electronic sealant correctly?

1. At room temperature of 25°C, prepare the AB agent according to the weight ratio.

2. Treat the bonding surface to avoid impurities.

3. If potting is not required, apply the adhesive directly on the bonded objects. Glue the two objects together, run in two or three times, and wait for fixation.

4. If potting is required, mix the AB agent evenly in advance and perform defoaming treatment. Pouring the adhesive into the gap to play the role of bonding and sealing.

5. Half an hour after the electronic sealant is bonded, it will show half of its strength, and the strength will reach the highest after 24 hours. It has good temperature resistance and works in the temperature range of -60°C-100°C. Cooperate with powerful suppliers, such as TENSAN, which focuses on electronic sealant research and provides customized electronic sealant application solutions. It has a wide range of uses and can be used in new energy, military industry, medical treatment, aviation, shipbuilding, electronics, and automobiles. , instruments, power supplies, high-speed rail and other industries.

How to store it correctly?

1. In winter, the packaging box may be degummed at low temperature. In summer, degumming may occur due to high temperature. This is because the adhesive is not suitable for storage in an environment with too low or too high a temperature. It loses surface activity at low temperatures and tends to soften at high temperatures.

2. Do not store in a humid or humid environment, which will cause degumming. When the adhesive absorbs water, it directly affects the use effect. Even if it is moisture-proof and waterproof, it cannot be placed in a humid environment before it is cured.

Generally speaking, the service life of electronic sealant is not short, and the shelf life is half a year to one year. Use it up within its shelf life and it will last for years when fully cured. After the expiration date, a simple test should be performed to see if the effect has been affected.
