Brief analysis of electronic sealants


Electronic sealant is an adhesive that seals electronic components. It can bond with electronic components, deform with the shape of the sealing surface, and is not easy to flow. It not only plays a good bonding role, but also has excellent properties such as waterproof, aging resistance, and high temperature resistance.

After the electronic sealant is completely cured, it can effectively prevent moisture, moisture, acid, alkali, salt, etc. corrosion as well as the impact of alternating high and low temperatures. underfill glue

Mainly used in various CSP/BGA underfills to provide excellent protection against mechanical impact and aging impact for BGA or CSP components. The product has good fluidity at room temperature and can be used for underfill protection of CSP components with medium gaps and very small gaps.

RTV silicone

One-component room temperature curing silicone rubber, semi-flowing temperature-resistant silicone adhesive sealant, with excellent temperature resistance, operating temperature range of -50 ~ 200℃, and also has good sealing and bonding properties.

It is widely used for fixed reinforcement, cavity sealing, waterproof protection, etc. of electronic components. It is also suitable for sealing, filling, bonding, and packaging in high-temperature applications, such as high-temperature kitchen appliances, electric irons, and air purifiers.
