3. The container after each mixing of the glue needs to be rinsed clean in time for the next use. If there is residual glue in the container, filaments will appear after solidification, and the fluidity will be poor.

What tools are needed during the operation of electronic potting glue?

Single-component electronic potting glue can be directly applied, but large-package products need to be used with a dispensing gun to control the amount of glue. Two-component electronic potting glue requires the use of a mixing container, gloves, an electronic scale and a vacuum machine, all of which are indispensable.

Electronic potting glue has certain requirements for the construction environment, and it is best to control it at around 25 degrees. If the construction environment temperature is high, the glue reacts quickly, and usually the curing reaction occurs before all the injections are completed. Such glue cannot be used.
