Many clients focus only on thermal materials and don't think about whether a radiator is suitable or not. For example, the customer used 2.0w /mK material for the power supply at the beginning, but the thermal conductivity barely met the requirements. The customer wanted to improve and achieve better results, so he used a 5.0w /mK thermal conductivity material. However, the result was surprising: there was no significant difference in the thermal conductivity between the two materials with a large thermal conductivity difference. First of all, the reason of the material is excluded, because the material is verified by many customers, there is no problem in the application, the material surface is smooth without wrinkles, indicating good effective contact, the final reason is judged to be the radiator. Because the radiator is small, the thermal conductivity of 2.0w /mK has been maximized, even with 8.8W/mK. When customers use larger radiators for validation, the results are significantly improved.
