1. Tips for choosing thermal pads

1. First confirm the size specifications of heating electronic components and heat sink components, and select thermally conductive silicone gaskets based on the larger surface. This increases the contact surface and can conduct heat conduction more effectively;

2. Select a thermal pad with a suitable thickness, and select an appropriate thickness according to the distance between the heat source and the radiator. If it is a single heating device, it is recommended to use a thin thermal pad, which can obtain lower thermal resistance and improve the heat conduction effect; if multiple heating devices are gathered together, it is recommended to use a thick thermal pad, which can be used A single thermal pad covers multiple heat-generating components, even if the components are of different heights.

3. The thermally conductive gasket has compressibility. When selecting the thermally conductive gasket, it can be appropriately selected to be slightly thicker, so that after the thermally conductive gasket is installed, it can properly reduce the thermal conductivity.
