 Recipe design notes.
1. silicone rubber is saturated with high raw rubber, usually without sulfur vulcanization, hot vulcanization using organic peroxide as vulcanizing agent, therefore, raw rubber shall not contain active substances that can interact with the decomposition products of peroxide (such as slot carbon black, certain organic accelerators and antioxidants, etc.), otherwise it will affect the vulcanization.
2. silicone products are generally used at high temperatures, and the matching agent should be kept stable at high temperatures, for which inorganic oxides are usually used as reinforcing agents.

3. silicone rubber in trace amounts of acid and alkali and other polar chemical reagents under the action of easy to cause the cleavage of silicone and rearrangement, resulting in silicone rubber heat resistance is reduced. So the choice of matching agent must consider its acidity and alkalinity, but also should consider the peroxide cracking products of acidity and alkalinity, so as not to affect the performance of the vulcanized rubber.
